Privacy Policy — Initial Draft
This initial notice describes Path360’s privacy direction and must receive legal review before public launch.
The marketing site minimizes personal data. Contact and early-access forms should collect only the information needed to respond, with a documented retention period and deletion process.
Sensitive immigration records, government identifiers, medical information, financial account details, and confidential case evidence must never be sent through public website forms.
Future authenticated services will require separate notices covering document processing, access controls, service providers, international transfers, retention, export, and deletion rights.
